The service

Syra is an AI assistant that answers calls your business doesn't pick up, collects the caller's details and sends them to you. Syra is an AI, not a person, and it can make mistakes. You're responsible for following up with your callers.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout. There's no setup fee and no contract. Cancel any time from the "Manage billing" link in your welcome email, or by emailing hello@usesyra.com; service runs to the end of the period you've paid for, plus a few days' grace, then your Syra number is released.

No free trial, no refunds

Since October 27, 2026, new subscriptions (on our website, by phone with our team, or through one of our commission sales partners) are charged when you sign up. There is no free trial, and payments are non-refundable: all sales are final, unless the law requires otherwise. You can cancel any time and won't be charged again. The checkout page says this before you pay.

Customers who signed up before October 27, 2026

You keep the terms you signed up with. Free trial: You got the first 14 days free. If you sign up with one of our team on the phone, no card is needed to start: to keep Syra after the trial, add a card before it ends (we remind you two days before), and your plan's price is then charged automatically; if no card is added, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged. If you sign up on our website, a card is required to start; it isn't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing. 30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment (after any free trial), you get a full refund of what you paid, automatically, no questions asked. Syra stops answering when the refund is issued. After 30 days, payments already made aren't refunded unless required by law.

Calls and texts

When you request a call, you agree that Syra may call and text you at the number you gave, including with an AI voice, at any hour you request. Reply STOP to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply. Call forwarding to Syra is set up and controlled by you through your phone carrier.

Acceptable use

Don't use Syra for anything illegal, deceptive or abusive, and don't submit someone else's phone number.

Limits

Syra is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months, and we're not liable for lost jobs, lost profits or indirect damages.
