Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Customers keep calling the number they already have. You get a Syra number that only takes the calls you don't answer.

Does my phone still ring?

Yes, first. Syra only picks up after about 4 rings (20 to 25 seconds) when you haven't, so you always get the first shot at every call.

What does Syra say to my customers?

It answers as your business ("Thanks for calling Mike's Roofing"), finds out what they need, and gets their name, number, address and how urgent it is. It doesn't quote prices; it tells them you'll call back.

How do I get the details?

By text and email, about a minute after the call: who called, their number, the address, what they need and how urgent it is. The caller also gets a text saying you'll call them back.

What about nights and weekends?

Any call you don't pick up rolls over to Syra, any hour of the day. You tell it your hours, and it lets after-hours callers know when to expect you.

How long does setup take?
